Terms of service

Our public website provides information about the academy and its programs. The signed-in part of the Service is an internal system used by authorized academy staff to manage players, attendance, subscriptions, fees, and expenses.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You can sign up with your email address or with Google. Every new account must be approved by an academy administrator before it can be used, and we may reject or suspend any account at our discretion.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

If you are a staff member with access to player records, you agree to:

• Use player and parent or guardian information only for academy work
• Keep it confidential and never share it outside the academy
• Enter information accurately and correct mistakes promptly
• Treat information about children with particular care

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Access or try to access accounts, data, or parts of the Service you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, or try to bypass its security
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
• Upload content that is offensive or that you have no right to use
• Copy, scrape, or resell the Service or its data

Academy fees, subscriptions, and payment terms are agreed directly between the academy and each player or their parent or guardian. The Service is used to record these payments; it does not process card or online payments itself.

The Service, including its design, logos, text, and images, belongs to Ideal Sports Academy or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except as needed to use the Service normally.

We may suspend or close your account at any time if you break these Terms, if your role at the academy ends, or to protect the Service and its users. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the extent allowed by law, Ideal Sports Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Nepal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
